Supervision and Consultation
With over 17 years of experience in the field, I felt a calling to start supervising new clinicians and help guide the next generation of helpers. My background in a variety of settings and various levels of care including hospitals, schools, community, residential, and private practice allows me to bring a tremendous amount of insight into supervision.
I offer two types of supervision support. The first type of supervision is for individuals working towards their full licensure. The second type of supervision is within private practice settings. Types of Supervision Offered
Clinical supervision for pre- licensed clinicians
- If you are in school or a provisionally licensed clinician looking to get supervision while working towards your full licensure, I provide both individual and group supervision.
- I offer individual and group supervision that focuses on your clinical skills development, providing individualized and tailored support based on your areas of focus and theoretical models. Supervision can also include career counseling and licensure preparation.
Clinical support and supervision for private practice owners
- Clinical supervision and support is tailored to the needs of the practice. I work closely with the practice owners to create a plan that supports their needs.
- Clinical support for private practice is a collaborative process and can include:
- Individual and/or group supervision
- Review and signing of supervisee notes
- Available to supervisees for continued support and guidance, as well as crisis management
- Staff trainings, team meetings, newsletter contributions
- Supporting the hiring process
- Serve as the clinical director/ supervisor of your practice
